It was created in 2003 to publish discussion documents about reciprocal implications of postmedia politics and social, cultural, economic practices. f2f relays different projects and is carried out by a committee composed of Béatrice Rettig, Xelo Bosch, Anne Laforet, Jean-Baptiste Bayle.
